I would like to share my positive experience in using Biondo Contracting, My husband and I are first time home buyers and that being said are very wary when contacting anyone to work in our home. Biondo came highly recommended by a family member after me asking if they knew anyone that did roof repairs. Sam the owner was very friendly to speak with and accommodating as far as coming down and taking a look. Sam arrived promptly on time and evaluated the problem and then wrote a detailed estimate of what the repair consisted of as well as provided pictures to help me understand what needed to be fixed. Sam came and fixed the roof the very next day and provides a written guarantee as well. If I ever need any future repairs I would definitely contact Biondo Contracting again!
